The Future Tech IT Protection Plan provides up to a specific number of support hours per month at a reasonable rate. With the IT Protection Plan we respond and resolve your IT issues throughout. We track the amount of time spent on your projects deduct it from your monthly balance of computer support hours. If there are significant hours left unused in a given month we use them to perform IT projects to improve your IT infrastructure. With this plan you get greater computer support, control of your costs and flexibility in meeting your IT needs.
